Conor Benn issues challenge to major American fighterDAZN
Conor Benn is aiming high in 2024.

Devin Haney is a fighter with plenty of options heading into 2024 following his clinical win over Regis Prograis this past weekend.

Now a two-weight world champion, Haney has a lofty position at 140lbs, and a number of opportunities await him next year with the likes of Ryan Garcia and Teofimo Lopez also competing at super-lightweight.

Another fighter also willing to face Haney is Conor Benn, with the British boxer urging his fellow unbeaten star to join him at 147lbs.

Benn has been linked to a huge fight with Chris Eubank Jr but that hasn’t prevented him from issuing a challenge to Haney on social media.

Writing on his X account, Benn has made his feelings known.

“Eubanks lost his pen again so if you fancy feb 3 at spurs @Realdevinhaney I’ll welcome you to the 147 division,” said Benn.

Will Haney make the jump to welterweight to will the American want to take care of further business in his current weight class?
