With just a few weeks until the Chantelle Cameron vs. Katie Taylor rematch, those around the boxing world are starting to give their opinions on how they think the fight will unfold.
The women first squared off in May, with Cameron successfully defending her undisputed light-welterweight titles against the previously undefeated (and still reigning undisputed lightweight title holder) Taylor.
Six months on, the fighters will do it again as Taylor looks to become undisputed in two weight classes.
To that end, the Irish fighter has a pair of current world champions backing her to succeed. WBO female welterweight champion Sandy Ryan took to social media on Tuesday to throw her support behind Taylor.
"Katie beats Chantelle in the rematch," Ryan posted on X (formerly Twitter). "My opinion don’t @ me."
It didn't take long for Ryan's followers to respond, and less than half-an-hour after she posted her prediction none other than the "GWOAT," three-weight world champion Claressa Shields, concurred.
"I really agree..." Shields wrote in response.
Cameron vs. Taylor 2 takes place Saturday, November 25, live on DAZN.
