Dana White has emphatically hit back at comments made by Jake Paul that the UFC model is not suitable for its fighters and even claimed that some people were stupid enough to pay for the PPV between Floyd Mayweather and his brother Logan Paul.
After hitting out at White back in April and calling him a 'douche', Jake Paul last week again ripped into the promoter by saying he does not pay his fighters their fair share.
Provoked by the YouTuber’s comments, White said that there are always people willing to pay for these types of fights and even suggested that a PPV with the likes of Kim Kardashian would get big numbers.
Speaking to Farah Hannoun for UFC Arabia, White said, "If you've got people that are stupid enough to spend that kind of money you deserve to take those dummies' money. The guys that went out and fought and got you to pay those 50 bucks, deserve your money. You’re stupid."
But White did not stop there, jokingly comparing the exhibition to a fight involving Kim Kardashian: "Think about this. Imagine if Kim Kardashian wanted to fight Amanda Nunes. How big do you think that fight would be? It'd be huge!
"There's always going to be a market for that kind of stuff. There's always going to be people that are willing to put down 50 bucks for that."
But anyone hoping to see Kardashian make a sensational return to the ring after her charity bout in 2009 may well be disappointed, with White quick to downplay any such event.
"It's just so far from what I do," he said.
