Deontay Wilder has admitted that a fight with Anthony Joshua will not be an easy one.
Joshua returned to the ring for the first time since back-to-back losses to Oleksandr Usyk earlier this month when he beat Jermaine Franklin on points.
The former two-time world heavyweight champion is now likely to return in December with Wilder being one of the potential foes, and if the two were to meet, it would be a huge occasion for the sport and the heavyweight division.
Speaking to IFL TV at the Gervonta Davis vs. Ryan Garcia fight, Wilder is aware that this is a clash which all fans want to see, but it won't be an easy one if the pair went head-to-head.
“We got a lot of different options [for fights] at this moment in time. Joshua, everybody, I think a lot of people are going to get that dream fight everyone wants to see,” Wilder said.
“Nobody is an easy night, nobody is easy because on the night of the fight you just never know what they might have in them that night.”
