Devin Haney faces one of the biggest fights of his career next month when he defends his WBC super-lightweight belt against Ryan Garcia.
Haney is one of boxing’s best fighters and although he’s likely to have his hands full with Garcia, he’s identified numerous battles he could partake in moving forward.
At the moment, 140lbs is one of the best divisions in boxing with numerous quality fighters, and Haney is ready for them all.
A former undisputed ruler at lightweight, Haney has an incredible record, and he’s eager to add to it in his current weight class.
“Me and Tank, me and Matias, and me and Teo,” said Devin Haney when recently speaking to FightHype.
On Subriel Matias, Haney added, “I know I’m the guy that bullies the bully. I’m the guy that steps up when nobody wants to. I’m the guy that steps in and saves the day. So, they might need me to save the day and go fight Matias.”
