His Excellency Turki Alalshikh has confirmed a deal has been struck for a rematch between Devin Haney and Ryan Garcia, the better part of a year after the pair's first bout.
However, his answers were more coy on a prospective clash between Saul "Canelo" Alvarez and Terence Crawford, as the two pound-for-pound stars reportedly near a deal too.
Haney and Garcia fought for the WBC super-lightweight title last April, with the latter taking a majority decision before it was ruled a no-contest due to a failed drugs test.
The bad blood has brewed between the pair since, with a second dance one of the most anticipated fights of 2025 - and now, the Saudi Arabian advisor has confirmed it.

"This is done," he told talkSPORT when asked if Garcia and Haney would meet this year, before adding on a prospective Canelo-Crawford bout: "No comment, for now!"
Further expanding on other potential fights, His Excellency Turki Alalshikh suggested that Anthony Joshua could face off with a former Tyson Fury rival after the latter's retirement.
"If you want something about the British market, I want to see Joshua and [Deontay] Wilder now," he added. "If Tyson is not available, why not Joshua and Wilder?
"We finished a deal with [Martin] Bakole versus [Efa] Ajagba for the IBF [title eliminator in March]. But then, we are open to seeing Joshua against Bakole."
Wilder and Bakole are among several contenders Eddie Hearn noted as foes for Joshua following Fury's decision to quit, with a rematch against Daniel Dubois also touted.
