Whyte returned to the ring with a victory over the weekend.

Dillian Whyte stated that he would fight anyone in response to Joe Joyce's challenge.

Whyte got back to winning ways this past weekend with a victory over Romanian Christian Hammer after the fight was stopped in the fourth round. It was the 35-year-old's first fight in a year, after spending 2023 protesting his innocence of his failed drug test ahead of his rematch with Anthony Joshua.

After the fight, Whyte was asked about his next move and the possibility of a showdown with Joyce.

“I will fight anyone. If it makes sense, I don’t care," he told Boxing Social

"I’m not going to wait for no one. I’ve never turned a fight down. Whoever want it can get it. The matter is still the same. I need to go see my kids and my dogs; I need to take care of some things at home. If I can get three weeks or a month at home I’ll be good.

Joyce also returned to the ring over the weekend, defeating Kash Ali with a tenth-round knockout in Birmingham. He has since gone on to namedrop Whyte and Deontay Wilder as possible next opponents. However, Whyte just wants to fight, whoever and whatever is next.

Adding: “I don’t know what’s next, I just want to fight. Let’s see what happens. I want to go home, take it easy and see what’s what. I don’t know and don’t care where the fight is, wherever I can be busy, then I will go there. I just want to fight, I’m running out of time, I’m not getting any younger, your boy is getting on."
