Dillian Whyte has looked to force his way back into the heavyweight boxing scene by issuing a challenge to a shock contender.
The British boxer has only had one fight since 2022 after he missed out on an opportunity to face Anthony Joshua last August thanks to a failed drug test.
Whyte did go onto taste some action, defeating Christian Hammer in a third-round stoppage, but it was his only outing in the last eighteen months.
However, the 36-year-old is looking to return to the ring and has taken to Instagram to call for a third showdown against Derek Chisora.
Whyte posted: “Hey @derekwarchisora stop horsing around and let’s do the fight am not interested in talking am just interested in putting to bed again #FOREVERDONKEY”
Chisora has propelled himself back in contention among the heavyweights following his upset win over Joe Joyce in July, and has previously revealed plans for two more fights before he hangs up his gloves.
After suffering defeat to Whyte in their two previous encounters, a final all-British bout could see the pair battle one last time.
