Everyone wants a piece of the undisputed super middleweight champion Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez who returns to action against Dmitry Bivol on May 7th live on DAZN (except Mexico and Latin America).
One of those wanting to face Canelo is UFC welterweight Kamaru Usman who is conisdered one of MMA's best pound-for-pound fighters.
Usman hasn't been afraid to call out Canelo and while making a fight between the two would be difficult due to a number of factors, Matchroom boss Eddie Hearn is open to the idea of the two superstars going head-to-head.
"He’s under contract with UFC, but if Dana White wants to do it, we’d love to discuss it," Hearn told The DAZN Boxing Show.
"I don’t see how Usman would have any shot at all against Canelo Alvarez, but therefore why not.
"The thing I say about Canelo is, even when you mention Jake Paul to him, he doesn’t belittle these fights.
"Never say never."
