Both heavyweights are looking to re-build their careers after damaging losses.

Eddie Hearn discussed the possibility of Anthony Joshua facing Deontay Wilder in the near future on the latest episode of The DAZN Boxing Show.

The Matchroom boss believes Wilder is still a huge draw in the sport even without a world title belt.

"I think people would like to see Wilder against everybody he's never gonna be in a bad fight is he?" Hearn told Ak and Barak.

When it came to how a potential fight between Joshua and Wilder would play out, Hearn predicted the former unified heavyweight champion's boxing skills would prove too much for the American.

"I feel like AJ would be too sharp, produce better combinations and is a better technician."

"Wilder is kind of an athlete that's found boxing, a little bit like AJ, but AJ has already proved himself in the amateurs and the pro game."
