The veteran promoter made his feelings known after the fight.

Saturday night's rematch between Josh Taylor and Jack Catterall should have settled what has been a heated rivalry.

However, just like their first meeting two years ago, the second fight in Leeds ended in controversy due to the scorecards from two of the judges.

All three officials ringside had declared Catterall the winner with two judges scoring the fight with a wide 117-111 card.

This sparked outrage from Josh Taylor's team who believed the fight was closer than these two particular cards suggested, and this prompted Taylor's promoter Bob Arum to go on an outburst post fight and claim that he will never bring an American fighter to Britain.

Catterall's promoter Eddie Hearn was in the ring while Arum was making these comments and he gave his reaction to the outburst in an interview with iFL TV

"Bob’s 93, he doesn’t give a f—k. He doesn’t care what you think, I think, the millions watching around the world, he wanted to get on the mic and have a little spiel," Hearn said.

"Respect to him, he knows his boxing, I agree with him, but I don’t agree that Josh Taylor won the fight, I don’t think many people feel that. But I do feel like the scorecards were wide."
