Eddie Hearn does not see Frank Warren as a rival despite the pair often exchanging opinions on each other.
The Matchroom boss recently watched Joe Cordina defend his world title against Edward Vazquez and he was asked about the Hall of Fame promoter by Boxing News in the show’s aftermath.
Last month, Warren was part of a huge show in The Middle East where Tyson Fury maintained his unbeaten record against Francis Ngannou.
As well as Fury, Warren has promoted a host of major names including Mike Tyson, Ricky Hatton, and Joe Calzaghe, but his impressive credentials are not seen as a threat by Hearn.
“I don’t really see Frank as a competitor,” said Hearn when speaking to the world's oldest boxing magazine.
“I like to see him do well because I have no fear or see him as no threat. I hope that they continue to do well. I hope that their broadcaster continues to support British boxing.”
