Frank Warren has invited former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua to Tyson Fury's WBC world heavyweight title defence against Dillian Whyte on April 23rd.
Speaking to IFL TV, the promoter shed some light on the relationship he had with Joshua before he turned professional.
"Of course he can come along to the show," Warren said when asked whether Joshua would be welcome.
"He’s been a guest at loads of my shows before he turned professional, he used to come along to the shows.
"He knows what to do, pick up the phone and we’ll sort him out."
Warren also discussed the prospect of Joshua facing fellow British heavyweight Joe Joyce at some point in the future.
"I think the public would definitely buy into AJ-Joe Joyce," Warrn claimed.
"We’d make that in a heartbeat, Joe would fight him in a heartbeat.
"What a great domestic bust-up that is, let’s get our heads together and we’ll get that done."
