Moses Itauma is aiming high in the heavyweight division and he’s ready to test himself against a former world champion.
Itauma has made an explosive start to his professional career with ten wins from ten fights, and he’s been identified as one of boxing’s brightest prospects.
Receiving exposure by competing on huge shows, Itauma has impressed many observers, and he’s told his promoter he’d like a fight with Joseph Parker.
Frank Warren, the man guiding Itauma’s career, has revealed that his fighter is ready to test himself against the brilliant New Zealander who once held the WBO title.
"His next fight, the one he's told me he wants is Joseph Parker. You heard it right. That's what he said,” stated Warren when speaking to Talksport.
"That's what he was talking about, and he said, 'I really, really fancy that fight. I think it's a big reality within the next 12 months. If he keeps doing what he's doing.”
