Frank Warren wants to line up one of his own fighters with a clash against Anthony Joshua, and it could be for a world title.
Joshua is yet to make his next move after dismantling Francis Ngannou back in February, and may be hoping for a third fight with Oleksandr Usyk, or finally landing the high-profile clash with Tyson Fury.
However, Fury and Usyk are likely to rematch, and Joshua is also known to want to be a three-time world champion, and that might come via a clash with Dubois.
Dubois could well fight for the vacant IBF championship against Filip Hrgovic, with Usyk possibly going to give up the belt to focus on other matters.
Speaking to Sky Sports , Warren said he could see Joshua take on Dubois, should the latter beat Hrgovic.
"I'd love to see that happen [Joshua fight the Hrgovic vs Dubois winner]," he said.
"I'd like to see Daniel come through, I'd love to see an all-Brit affair, who knows? We'll see."
