Gervonta Davis did not mince his words when reacting to Edgar Berlanga celebrating on his return to Puerto Rico.
Berlanga was the most recent man to be beaten by Saul "Canelo" Alvarez when they met for the WBA, WBC and WBO super middleweight titles in Las Vegas earlier this month.
Alvarez dominated the contest which went the full 12-round distance, and with a third round knockdown was declared the winner by unanimous decision.

After the loss, Berlanga made the trip to his home country and was greeted by his passionate fans, but when showing the love for his fellow countrymen in a post on X, Davis was quick to react.
"N—r celebrating failure..lol yo congrats on getting ya a—s beat..," Davis wrote on X.
Davis is set to return to the ring later this year where he will make another defence of his WBA lightweight title with rumours pointing towards a clash with Lamont Roach in Washington D.C.
