Hasim Rahman names his favourite win and it's not against Lennox LewisDAZN
Rahman had a great career.

Hasim Rahman shocked the world in 2001 when he defeated Lennox Lewis, but he doesn’t consider that result his favourite fight.

Rahman became the lineal heavyweight champion when halting Lewis in five rounds and his reign was a short-lived one as he was stopped by Lewis in an immediate rematch.

The year before upsetting Lewis, Rahman featured in an incredible bout when he stopped Corrie Sanders in seven rounds.

The bout featured multiple knockdowns, but Rahman was able to climb off the canvas and score a memorable win.

“I picked up my first world title knocking out a hard-hitting South African named Corrie Sanders and for me that was my favourite fight and my best fight because I got tested,” said Rahman when speaking to Pro Boxing Fans

“I got knocked down, I had to get up. Actually, we had a double knockdown. The fight was so exciting.

“I grabbed the ropes, so it didn’t get counted as a knockdown for me and for me to then come out and win by stoppage was an incredible moment. It was the WBU world title, but it was my biggest moment I think.”
