Francis Ngannou is in great hands training to fight Tyson Fury in a boxing match on October 28.

That's because he's under the steady guidance of boxing legend "Iron" Mike Tyson, who is relishing in this role, according to a recent Instagram post.

“It’s an honor to be a part of your journey, my brother @francisngannou. Preparation and training to shock the world," Tyson posted to his IG, accompanying the caption with a video montage of him training the former UFC heavyweight champion in boxing.

To that, Ngannou replied, "Let's work."

The footage shows Tyson instructing Ngannou on shadowboxing in addition to modeling his vaunted get-low, peek-a-boo style that made "Iron" Mike one of the most feared, effective and influential heavyweights of all time.

It also shows Tyson holding the bag for Ngannou to hit and Tyson himself ripping shots to the body of a fellow trainer as a further demonstration.

The video ends with Ngannou drenched in sweat and laid out in the ring to which Tyson says: "You want to be heavyweight champ, this is what heavyweight champs do."
