A year on from his last fight against Luke Campbell, exciting lightweight Ryan Garcia is finally set to return to the ring.
The last 12 months have been a source of frustration for Garcia who has had to battle through personal issues and a wrist injury, but he is now ready to continue his assault on the 135lb divison.
One name which has emerged as a potential opponent is Isaac Cruz who was recently beaten over 12 rounds by Gervonta 'Tank' Davis.
Cruz's last five fights have been staged on the Showtime and his promoter Sean Gibbons believes Garcia would earn a lot more money if he fought on this particular platform instead of DAZN.
"Oscar, when you are ready to negotiate in good faith, we are happy to discuss giving this fight the platform it deserves. On Pay-Per-View, with a legitimate network. Don’t you believe Ryan Garcia is ready to become a pay-per-view star?" Gibbons wrote on Twitter.
"We are very happy to make you a real offer for more than you pay Ryan. Please call me I am waiting by the phone!"
