Jaime Munguia hopes to continue pursuing a middleweight world title shot with a win against Gabe Rosado on Saturday night, a fight you can watch exclusively live on DAZN.
Speaking to Ak and Barak on the latest episode of The DAZN Boxing Show, Munguia couldn't help but be excited about this upcoming contest.
"The truth is that I’m excited. It’s going to be a great fight," Munguia told Ak and Barak. "He’s [Gabe Rosado] a great fighter with a great deal of experience. Mexico vs. Puerto Rico tend to create great fights, and this one won’t be an exception."
Munguia is known for his devastating knockouts, and while he is looking to send Rosado to the canvas, the Mexican is just focused on winning.
"I believe I have the power to get the knockout. I’m going to look for the knockout, but I’m not going to be desperate to get the knockout," Munguia said. "I’m going to go in there and do my job. I’m going to win the fight if the knockout comes, great, if not, it’s going to be a great fight regardless."
