Jake Paul is predicting an early night when he faces Tommy Fury later this year. On December 18th, Paul and Fury will finally settle their long-term rivalry when they face each other in Florida. Fury begins the fight a slight favourite due to his longer stint in the sport, but his opponent is entering the bout in confident mood.
After a successful start to his professional boxing career, Paul faces the toughest test of his brief time in the sport against Fury. Sharing the ring with former MMA stars and basketballers, the popular YouTuber faces a boxer for the first time but that that threat is not filling him with any fears.
"I will TKO him in the later rounds. He hasn't had a fight past four rounds so I think he'll be gassed," said Paul when speaking with BoxingScene.
"I think this will be the first time he's getting punched in the face by someone who can actually hit and is the same weight as him. He's always fought smaller guys with losing records. So, I think he's going to fade. I know he's going to fade.
"It's just what round. Fifth? Sixth? Seventh? Maybe I knock him out in the last ten seconds of the eighth. But he's not hearing that eighth bell ring. I've got $500,000 on the line, and when he loses, he has to change his name to Tommy Fumbles."
