Joe Fournier is already looking ahead to a potential bout with Jake Paul as he prepares for his fight with KSI tomorrow.
The event, being shown in multiple regions on DAZN, will see KSI face his sternest test to date as he goes in with a fighter who previously owned a WBA ranking and who has also shared the ring with David Haye.
Fournier enters the bout in a confident mood due to his previous boxing experience, and with KSI still a relative newcomer to the sport, it’s allowed entrepreneur to look ahead.
Fournier is fully aware of just how lucrative the world of crossover boxing currently is, and he’s identified Paul as his next target if he gets past KSI.
“Altooyugh KSI is technically the best boxer in that space, I think that Jake is the biggest draw in America,” said Fournier during an exclusive sit-down with DAZN.
“So, because I train out of Miami, it would be special to have a US based fight against Jake in his own country. That would be the most interesting option for me.”
