Joe Joyce willing to face Tyson Fury in February

British heavyweight Joe Joyce has offered to face WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury if his mandatory defence against Dillian Whyte collapses.

Fury's fight with Whyte was expected to be ordered at last week's WBC convention, however an ongoing legal case between Whyte and the sanctioning body has delayed the decision.

Regardless of whether he faces Whyte or not, Fury has made it clear he will return next February and Joyce has thrown has hat into the ring by posting the following on social media.

Joyce is currently ranked number two in the WBC rankings and is also part of the same promotional stable as Fury, therefore this all-British showdown could be easy to make if a deal with Whyte cannot be finalised.
