Joseph Parker considers himself second-best heavyweight today behind Tyson Fury on personal top-five list

The heavyweight rivals clash this weekend.

Ahead of their huge heavyweight encounter this weekend, Joseph Parker and Derek Chisora have offered their thoughts on who occupies the top five spots in the division.

The heavyweight division is currently enjoying a hot streak due to a number of high-profile fights that have seen Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk register massive wins in recent months against Deontay Wilder and Anthony Joshua, respectively.

With Parker and Chisora both determined to have a say in the heavyweight title picture in 2022, the pair were asked to name their top five before they share a ring in Manchester on Saturday.

Interestingly, Parker - who lost decisively to Anthony Joshua when they met a few years ago - believes he ranks above both 'AJ' and current undefeated WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight king Oleksandr Usyk, as well as Dillian Whyte who has also defeated Parker.

Chisora, meanwhile, does not rank Usyk in his personal top five at all. The Ukrainian comfortably outpointed 'Del Boy' on Halloween night in 2020, but Chisora has insisted ever since that his respectable performance in the bout deserved more recognition from the judges.
