Taylor has been speaking about her future.

Katie Taylor has no intentions to retire as she prepares for one of the biggest fights of her career that will take place next month.

Taylor will once again face Amanda Serrano in November as the pair will feature on a huge show that will also see Mike Tyson and Jake Paul collide.

In 2022, Taylor and Serrano delivered an epic encounter inside a packed Madison Square Garden as Taylor survived an almighty scare to claim victory.

The contest was applauded by all within the boxing community, and there’s some shock regarding why a rematch has taken so long to materialise.

Since defeating Serrano, Taylor has endured the first loss of her professional career when she was beaten by Chantelle Cameron.

The Irish star claimed revenge in an immediate rematch, but it’s approaching a year since she last competed inside the ring.

Taylor’s time in boxing, both amateur and professional, have saw the Bray fighter rack up many miles, but despite being around the sport for the majority of her life, Taylor isn't ready to call it a day just yet.

"I take it fight by fight at this stage," said Taylor when speaking to BBC Sport

"I feel good right now, I feel prepared and ready. I'm putting my body through the trenches again during training camp.

"I know this can't last forever, I know I can't fight for too much longer but I'm feeling in tip-top shape right now."
