Manny Pacquiao has made it clear he will not be returning to competitive boxing.

The Filipino stepped away from the sport in August when he lost to Yordenis Ugas in a fight for the WBA welterweight title.

He then focused on the presidential election in his home country but could not garner enough votes for victory.

However, in December, the 43-year-old multi-division champion will face South Korean YouTuber DK You in Seoul for six two-minute rounds.

The event is planned to raise funds for victims of the war in Ukraine and homeless families in the Philippines.

Speaking to Rappler, he said: “I just want to work hard and make sure my condition is 100% so I can still show off my skills in the ring.

“Although this is just a charity event to help people out. We will still prepare like it’s a championship fight. I took this exhibition to help out more in need, so we can continue giving out homes to our countrymen who don’t have one. I already have a lot of Pacman Villages started, but not yet finished. The income from this fight will be used for more homes."
