Three fights will precede the much-anticipated welterweight clash.

The televised undercard for the IBF and WBC welterweight title fight between Manny Pacquiao and Errol Spence Jr. on August 21st has been announced.

The chief support will see WBA welterweight champion Yordenis Ugas defend his WBA welterweight title against Argentina's Fabian Maidana.

Ugas beat Abel Ramos last September to claim an interim version of the title before being upgraded to full titleholder after Pacquiao was stripped by the WBA and labelled a 'Champion in Recess'.

Following the announcement, Ugas revealed he had no second thoughts about facing Maidana and promises to put on a show.

"Everyone knows I’m a warrior and will fight anyone on any given day, so when they presented me with this fight against Fabián Maidana, I accepted with no hesitation,” said Ugas.

"I’ll be defending my WBA title and the world will see why I am must-see T.V. This will be one of the best FOX Sports PBC pay-per-view events in recent history with some of the biggest names in boxing, all fighters who are known for leaving it all in the ring.

"I know one thing for sure: I’ll be letting my hands fly with bad intentions on August 21."

Unbeaten featherweight contender Mark Magsayo will open the broadcast at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas with a 10-round contest against former world champion Julio Ceja.

This will then be followed by Robert 'The Ghost' Guerreo taking on 'Vicious' Victor Ortiz in what should be an action-packed brawl between the two former world champions.
