Mike Tyson would’ve easily dealt with Anthony Joshua if they ever crossed during their respective primes.
That’s the verdict of James ‘Buster’ Douglas, the man who famously stopped Tyson in 1990 to become heavyweight world champion.
Still active and set to face Jake Paul this year, Tyson, at his peak, was seen as one of boxing’s most frightening operators during the 1980s and following decade.
Joshua, one of today’s best fighters, has enjoyed two reigns as world ruler, but Douglas doesn't think he could compete with Tyson.
“All of Mike's opponents were easy for him until he fought me,” said Douglas when speaking to Gambling Zone.
“Joshua is no different than anybody else, so yes, Joshua would have been an easy fight for Mike.
