The 2024 WWE Hall of Fame is quickly filling up and Muhammad Ali is the latest figure to be inducted following his relationship with the company.
After passing away in 2016, Ali left behind an incredible legacy in boxing but was also a central part of the first ever WrestleMania, where he was the special guest referee for the main event.
As a boxer, Ali was correctly recognised as one of his sport’s greatest ever fighters as he built an incredible record as well as being an influential figure outside the ring.
After building a global profile, Ali was the type of mainstream figure that Vince McMahon required to help build WrestleMania and Ali’s name certainly helped.
Joining Ali this year are Paul Heyman, The U.S. Express, and Bull Nakano. More names are expected to be added in the coming weeks before the event in April.
