Nate Diaz insists he's in on Jake Paul's boxing secretDAZN

Nate Diaz believes that he has Jake Paul all figured out by the opponents that the YouTuber-turned-fighter has hand-picked for boxing.

Four of the seven opponents that Paul has fought have been mixed martial artists trying their hands at a sweet science bout and that speaks to Diaz blaringly.

"The thing about him is he knows that MMA fighters can't box and that they're in over their head trying to box because he went over and worked a bunch over in training and now in fights also," Diaz told boxing legend Andre Ward during a segment for DAZN.

"MMA fighters don't know this, but the only thing about that is that I'm in on the same secret," he continued. "And I've been in on that since I was 15. I'm not your average wrestler, MMA fighter.

"I didn't wrestle. When these guys he fought were in the wrestling room at five- and six- and seven-, 10- and 15-years-old, I was boxing the whole neighborhood, boxing every pro I could find.

"Boxing the highest level I could find," Diaz gestured to Ward, "my whole career."

Diaz regularly used boxing in the Octagon and as aforementioned was aided by being a sparring partner for Ward, a former two-division unified world champion, who retired with a pristine 32-0 record.
