Paulie Malignaggi has often been at the centre of conflict with Conor McGregor going back to when they sparred many years ago.
Malignaggi was the boxer brought in back in 2017 when McGregor needed high quality sparring as he was getting ready for his lucrative showdown with Floyd Mayweather.
Footage of the spar was released, and it showed Malignaggi being bundled to the floor by the MMA superstar.
Since then, speculation has often linked the pair to a fight but with no signs of that happening, it hasn't prevented Malignaggi from criticising the Irishman’s boxing skills.
‘He's terrible at boxing, awful. There's a reason that after six years you've only seen six seconds of my sparring with him,” said Malignaggi when speaking to Lord Ping.
“That's not by accident. Had he had any sort of accomplishment or success against me you'd have seen the whole thing already.”
