Roman 'Chocolatito' Gonzalez vs. Julio Cesar Martinez - Someone is going to get stopped, claims Sergio MoraDAZN
This weekend's fight was examined on the DAZN Boxing Show.

Roman ‘Chocolatito’ Martinez vs. Julio Cesar Martinez  is too close to call, believes Sergio Mora.

The 34-year-old former super flyweight champion has seen Martinez move up the divisions to make the fight, shown live on DAZN in many countries on Saturday March 5.

Speaking on JABS as part of the DAZN Boxing Show , former world champion Mora and journalist Chris Mannix discussed the details.

“It’s possible man, when it comes to Julio Cesar Martinez, jhe’s explosive, he's kind of violent, with no care,” Mora began. “Reckless but with composed power. Going up a division against a legend, that isn’t going to stop him.

“I think to beat Chocolatito, you have to stop Chocolatito. Someone is going to get stopped.”

Mannix claimed, “Chocolatito still looks like a fighter at the top of his game. To beat him you have to match his punch output, and that is not Martinez’s style. You look at Chocolatito’s numbers, he’s throwing in excess of 100 punches per round. Martinez is much more judicious - he’s averaging around 50 in his last six fights. Unless Martinez can land something big, I don't think he’ll match Chocolatito’s output.”

More saw that as more than possible, explaining: “I think he can land something big, with his uppercuts and big body shots. Chocolatito gets his angles on you, but in a 12 round fight, Martinez will have his chance to land those shots.”
