Ryan Garcia has again called for Isaac Cruz to sign up for his comeback fight as he recovers from a wrist injury.
The 23-year-old American has an unbeaten record but failed to fight more than once in 2021 after missing one fight to focus on his mental health, and then a second against JoJo Diaz due to injury.
Garcia has been more active on social media as he nears full fitness, and appears to have moved on from Gervonta Davis as a target to Tank’s most recent opponent, Cruz.
“Come Isaac Cruz, you said I have Glass chin, that all I focus is on Ig, you’ll find out what I’m made of once you sign that contract tired of reading your interviews when you have a contract waiting for you,” he wrote on Twitter.
“Putting my head down and getting the Job done in 2022, I’m ready to push forward. Silence the noise and be who I am. 25-0 that’s the goal. First step get Isaac Cruz to fight and to stop wasting time. Coming from a guy that says he’ll fight me in my patio he sure takes long.
“I’m feeling so sharp and strong, actually faster then I was before, it’s kinda crazy can’t wait! Kinda feels like i was in the hyperbolic chamber from DBZ.”
Garcia’s only action came in January 2021 when he stopped Luke Campbell with a powerful performance after being knocked down for the first time in his professional career.
