Shakur Stevenson is the latest big name from boxing of offer his thoughts on a potential heavyweight clash between Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder.
The longtime rivals are currently in talks to take part in a huge fight next year and it’s a bout that has got the boxing world excited.
Joshua scored his first stoppage since 2020 earlier this month when stopping Robert Helenius in the fight’s seventh round.
The same opponent was halted in one session by Wilder last year and it now looks he’ll be the most recent victim of both men as they prepare to do battle.
Stevenson is confident on who’ll emerge victorious.
“Wilder by knockout. I like Joshua but he just seems lost right now,” said Stevenson when speaking to the Second Wind podcast
“He seems real lost with changing trainers. He seems like he’s looking for somebody to help his career and I feel like he probably should be the one helping his own career.
“Wilder, man, he punch so damn hard. He punch so hard. Wilder a beast, though.”
