Should Anthony Joshua accept step-aside money to allow Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk fight?DAZN
Anthony Joshua could have a big decision to make in the coming days.

The subject of Anthony Joshua’s heavyweight dilemma was a big talking point on a recent episode of The DAZN Boxing Show.

The former world champion has the right to tackle Oleksandr Usyk in a rematch from last September's epic, but there also seems to be the possibility of taking step-aside money so that the Ukranian can aim to unify all the titles against Tyson Fury.

Joshua has repeatedly stated that he intends to win back his belts but recent speculation from a number of media outlets has hinted the 2012 Olympic gold medallist is open to accepting £15m to allow an undisputed battle.

Joshua has refuted these claims in a statement released by IFLTV but the issue is arguably the biggest talking point in boxing at the moment.

“A guy that has made much money as he [Joshua] has doesn’t really need step-aside money,” opined Ak, the co-host of The DAZN Boxing Show.

“I believe that he should turn the step-money down and go and try and get those titles back, but I wouldn’t be that upset if he decides to kick back and collect that £15m.”
