With the Olympic Games coming to a close in Paris, Team GB's six fighters have a decision to make.
Do they continue as amateurs in the hope to secure Olympic glory at Los Angeles 2028, or turn professional?
One of those who has made a decision is Manchester heavyweight Pat Brown.
Brown exited the games in his first bout with a loss to Brazil's Keno Machado, a silver medallist at the Pan American Games and World championship.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Brown has decided that he will now turn professional and look to emulate a British boxing legend in Ricky Hatton when it comes to bringing big fight nights to Manchester.
"100 percent, my amateur career is done now, I'll just enjoy some rest and look what's on the side," Brown said.
"There's some big fights to be made and my dreams are always to sell out arenas, to bring back them Ricky Hatton days in Manchester. That's what always gets me going, so have some good wars and good boxing fights.
"Watch this space, I'll be coming for it all and I can't wait to get my pro career underway in Manchester."
