These possibilities could await "Bud" if he's crowned undisputed welterweight champion.

It's hard to look ahead of a fight as great as Errol Spence Jr. vs. Terence Crawford for the undisputed welterweight world championship on Saturday night.

Yet, the reality of whoever wins in Las Vegas this weekend is, he will have plenty of options to explore ahead.

Here, DAZN looks at three possible scenarios that could await Crawford if he's crowned the undisputed welterweight world champ with a victory over Spence.

A rematch with Spence

Listen — if this mega fight with Spence winds up being as prolific as advertised, then it might behoove both men to have this rematch. If Crawford does have his hand raised Saturday night and Spence activates the rematch clause, "Bud" really wouldn't have much say in the matter. But again, if this bout winds up being as evenly contested as a proposed "50-50 fight" should be, then why not have this rematch?

Not only would it represent another lavish payday, but it would give both Crawford and Spence the world's stage to once again bolster their star power and take the entire sport of boxing up a level with yet another stellar performance.

Going for another undisputed crown

If Crawford wins Saturday night, he will make it back-to-back undisputed reigns at junior welterweight and welterweight, joining Claressa Shields as the fighters who have achieved this rare air.

If "Bud" isn't going to partake in a rematch with Spence, looking to Jermell Charlo would be an enticing next step. Charlo holds all four major world titles at 154 pounds. Charlo is daring to be great by moving up two weight classes to challenge Canelo Alvarez for the latter's own undisputed super middleweight crown on September 30. If he's guilty of biting off more than he could chew in that one, perhaps accepting the challenge from Crawford would be the next great move.

It would keep Charlo in the spotlight with yet another primetime fight. And for Crawford, it would allow him the opportunity to become an unprecedented undisputed world champ in three weight classes. Plus, the two having exchanged words before would only make the buildup that much more intense to this mega bout.

Taking on a young challenger

At 26-years-old, Jaron "Boots" Ennis has etched a 31-0 record with 28 knockouts to his name with one scintillating performance after another. Ennis has been craving a world title opportunity and one with Crawford would be destined for fireworks.

Such a bout would pit two of the most-skilled boxers at 147 pounds — and that the sweet science has to offer, period.

Furthermore, it'd give Crawford the opportunity to silence a young challenger and add another layer to his book of greatness.
