Like all boxing fans, Tony Bellew is excited at the prospect of Anthony Joshua finally getting in the ring with Deontay Wilder.
The pair have been heavyweight rivals for the best part of seven years following successful reigns as world champion at the same time.
Both are now pursuing world belts after recent defeats and a meeting between the pair could get the winner closer.
Joshua’s next move is still unknown after he returned to the ring earlier this month to defeat Jermaine Franklin on points.
Wilder is also plotting his next move after defeating Robert Helenius at the backend of 2022. Although a fight between the pair requires plenty of work, Bellew is relishing a tasty encounter.
The first one who lands big wins, because both of them are brilliant finishers,” said Bellew when speaking to IFL TV.
“Wilder is a little bit more reckless and wild, whilst AJ is more calculated and is probably a better finisher, because he is technically better.
“I have no idea what would happen, and I would pay good, good money to see it.”
