Tyson Fury has no doubt that he can beat Anthony Joshua when they meet in their expected 2021 clash.

The two heavyweight champions are set to fight twice next year with financial terms agreed between the two boxers’ camps.

Joshua first must fight Kubrat Pulev on 12 December in a mandatory defense of his IBF title and has a WBO defense that he is obliged to take with Oleksandr Usyk unless he wishes to vacate the belt.

Fury had been expected to fight Agit Kabayel on December 5, but he has canceled plans to fight again this year. His contract dispute with Deontay Wilder rumbles on with the disagreement now in the hands of an arbitration process.

Both Fury’s promoter Frank Warren and Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn see no way a fight between their clients does not go ahead, and Fury is similarly sure of victory when they do eventually meet.

"I’m 100 million percent confident I can beat him, I’m on a 12-year undefeated career so far, two time heavyweight champion in the world, so yeah the first man in history to win two heavyweight championships without losing a fight.

“Which is very unusual, I’m 100 percent confident I can beat anybody I go in the ring with and that’s why I’m world champion," Fury said on Capital Breakfast.

The IBF, IBO, WBA and WBO champion recently criticized the WBC champion’s style of dress, and Fury explained he was not concerned.

"Yeah I mean I’m not the most fashionable person in the world, but my suits are extravagant, loud, and brash just like my personality and at the end of the day this is not a fashion contest,” he said.

“This is two men going toe to toe combat for all the glory and all the belts. It’s definitely not a fashion competition, but I think I can out-fashion him any day in dress sense.”
