'Same team, same everything!' - Tyson Fury sticks to his guns ahead of Oleksandr Usyk rematch

The Briton will meet his old foe again in December, after a maiden career loss during their first encounter.

Tyson Fury says there will be no changes to the way he prepares for his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk, repeating that he feels as if he won their first encounter.

The Briton was handed a first career defeat when he met his rival in an undisputed heavyweight encounter, with their second bout set for December this year.

Having lost his WBC crown by split decision, Fury remains convinced that he was the victor of the fight, suggesting Usyk only won a handful of rounds.

But regardless, he does not intend to switch out his team members ahead of his camp, and has promised to deliver revenge when the pair meet in Riyadh.

"I know what I've got to do," he said in a promo reel for the video game Undisputed . "[It will be] nothing drastic.

"People can want me to change trainers, or blame it on my conditioning coach, or blame it on the mouse next door.

"[It will be the] same team, same everything. I know what I’ve got to do. I thought I won the fight last time.

"I’d give him round eight, nine and ten, but obviously the judges saw it differently. It was as close as it can be. I’ll make it right next time."

Fury is bidding to become the first man to defeat Usyk, who has previously seen off rival Anthony Joshua in two bouts between 2021 and 2022.

Victory would see him crowned unified heavyweight champion, after the Ukrainian was forced to vacate the IBF title, currently held by Daniel Dubois.
