A big change for one of boxing's world champions.

Oleksandr Usyk became the undisputed heavyweight champion last month, but the Ukrainian can no longer call himself that after vacating the IBF title.

Usyk outpointed Tyson Fury on May 18 to confirm himself as the division's best fighter and he’s still recognised as number one.

With the IBF belt no longer around his waist, Usyk still holds three world titles and it’s expected his previous strap will soon be back in action.

Speculation exists that Daniel Dubois, the interim champion, is expected to be upgraded and his first defence could be imminent.

Dubois is in superb form and he’s a potential opponent for Anthony Joshua later this year with Wembley Stadium a potential setting.

Victory for ‘AJ’ would see him become heavyweight world champion for a third time.
