The heavyweight pair meet again on Saturday (December 21) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with Usyk's WBA, WBC and WBO world heavyweight titles on the line.
The Ukrainian won the first bout in May in Riyadh by a split decision to become the first undisputed heavyweight champion since Brit Lennox Lewis in 1999. At the same time it inflicted Fury's first professional defeat.
Since then Usyk has had to release his IBF title to Daniel Dubois, who successfully defended it with a brutal knock out of Anthony Joshua in September.

Yet again for a Riyadh Season event, it will deliver a thrilling undercard.
There are two heavyweight bouts, with the up-and-coming Moses Itauma facing the experienced Demsey McKean, while Johnny Fisher and Dave Allen meet in an all-British battle.
Serhii Bohachuk will face Ishmael Davis after Israil Madrimov was forced to withdraw.
Isaac Lowe is set to open the card in a featherweight bout against Scotland's Lee McGregor, who has won his last two fights by knockout.

Usyk vs. Fury 2: What happened in the first fight
The first fight in two decades to crown the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world had everyone salivating and it did not disappoint.
Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury showed their class as generational talents, delivering an intriguing and gripping battle, that ebbed and flowed, with both taking turns to get on top, and the fight going the distance.
The Gypsy King was floored by Usyk in the ninth round. While Fury recovered, it proved a crucial moment in the contest, with the Ukrainian claiming victory on points, with a split decision.
The scorecards read 115-112 and 114-113 to Usyk, while the third judge gave the fight to Fury 114-113.
While it was Fury's first career defeat, it gave Usyk all four heavyweight belts, the first time an individual has held all four in 25 years.
Usyk eventually had to give up his IBF belt to Daniel Dubois, meaning December's fight will not be for the undisputed crown, but the IBO, WBC and WBO titles will be on the line.
Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury Face off
These two heavyweight greats sat down to go eyeball-to-eyeball in DAZN's Face-off show. Both were praising of the other, but, as you would expect, both expecting to be victorious on December 21.
The champion said: "Because Tyson knows what I do and I know what Tyson does, it will be a different fight. I think [he is my toughest rival].
"Listen, I have much respect for all my opponents because it’s boxing, it’s a tough sport. It’s a very dangerous sport."
Fury was more aggressive, saying: "you had your little chance to knock me out [in the first fight] and you didn’t do it b—h, could you. You’re f—d in the rematch.
"Like Tupac, you hit me with your best shots and couldn’t do f—k all. You know what’s coming for you, I’m going to f—k you up."

The countdown to the rematch began with a press conference on Wednesday October 23 at London's Guild Hall.
It was surprisingly calm, with both fighter's respectful and gracious, with neither giving much away. However both delivered some memorable highlights.
Usyk turned up dressed as Agent 47 from the Hitman video game franchise. He then asked his rival to sign a photo from the first fight, an image of him punching Fury in the face.
Fury went on to tickle the champion during their face-off, which draw laughter from all involved.
