The iconic Santa Monica Pier hosted a unique open workout event for Terence Crawford vs. Israil Madrimov.
As well as the fighters featuring on Saturday's card being put through their paces, there were three fights which took place involving exciting prospects.
This card was headlined by the super featherweight contest between Marc Castro and George Acosta.
Castro impressed in his latest outing, but it took the first two rounds for both fighters to ease into the contest.
Castro then stepped it up from round four onwards after successfully landing a number of combinations which hurt Acosta. However, Castro was unable to get a finish with the fight being stopped in the seventh due to swelling over Acosta's right eye following an accidental clash of heads.
