Will fans finally get to see Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez vs. Gennadiy Golovkin 3? 'There is no fight bigger'DAZN
The DAZN Boxing Show discussed whether Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez still could face Gennadiy Golovkin for a third time.

The anticipation is building ahead of Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez's decision when it comes to his next opponent.

His trainer Eddy Reynoso recently alluded to who Canelo could face in a recent interview with Fight Hub TV and it could be a long awaited trilogy clash with a familiar foe that's next for the Mexican.

"The truth is, Golovkin has raised his hand recently to fight against Canelo, but there’s intent there for a trilogy. Yeah, 168.  If he wants it, he can come up. Saul can’t go down," said Reynoso.

When discussing the trainer's recent comments on The DAZN Boxing Show, Ak and Barak came to the conclusion that the Gennadiy Golovkin fight is still the biggest fight out there for the undisputed super middleweight champion of the world.

"There is no fight bigger for Canelo than GGG," Barak stated.

Ak then went onto say: "I’ve been saying for quite a while that GGG is still the biggest fight for Canelo Alvarez no question about it."

He also believes that Golovkin would be the perfect dance partner for Canelo and as a result both men would create a fight week to remember.

"If you have the right dancing partner, that’s what makes a phenomenal event," Ak explained.

"GGG no question about it, he’s still leading the charge in terms of star power and making a big fight.

"We already know what we’re going to get with those guys fighting, first two fights were phenomenal."

The first fight between the two pound-for-pound greats in September 2017 ended in a controversial draw, before Canelo triumphed in a rematch on points one year later.
