Darren Till makes his Misfits debut this weekend when he faces Anthony Taylor at the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester, live on DAZN .
The Liverpool fighter, a former UFC superstar, was originally set to take on Tommy Fury, but the latter pulled out after Till made several threats to kick Fury even though the bout was set to be fought under boxing rules.
Will the pair reignite their rivalry at some point? That’s the question posed to the DAZN News panel who discuss whether Fury and Till will meet in 2025.

Darren Till and Tommy Fury provided enough entertainment in their first press conference that it’s pretty much certain that their rivalry will always be compelling.
This appears to be unfinished business rather than dead in the water, and Fury will definitely be a keen observer when Till faces Taylor on January 18.
At some point in 2025, Till and Fury will both realise that facing each other is a massive opportunity and that will be enough to get them both in the ring.

If we take Tommy Fury's reasoning to pull out from this fight at face value, then Till's behaviour in the squared circle against Taylor will be a determining factor in any future fight.
If Till 'behaves' and boxes properly, without resorting to his MMA instincts, which we expect him to, then Fury will have no leg to stand on to duck the fight again.
Fury will use this fight to truly weigh up Till and remove the unknown. If he feels he can take Till then he could change his mind and make the fight later in the year. However, if Till looks impressive and dangerous, will Fury fancy such a challenge?

It's hard to see whether this one plays out until Till has seen off Taylor at X Series 20. If the home favourite can prevail against the American with a clean performance, then there will be plenty - including the man himself - who will be needling Fury over his choice to run.
If the result goes the other way however, then the latter will feel vindicated in his decision to skip town.

Misfits Boxing was set to kick off 2025 with a bang with the announcement that Tommy Fury would face former UFC star Darren Till at the impressive Co-Op Live in Manchester.
As expected with Misfits, surprises are not too far away, and Fury did just that after revealing that he pulled out of the fight after Till’s threats to kick him in the head.
This is most likely mind games from Till, but for Fury this has come across as a sign of being rattled by the Liverpudlian.
Whether the two will eventually face off in 2025 will come down to Fury, if the noise is too much surrounding his shock exit, he will have to bite the bullet and face Till to silence ‘the haters.
So, it is now down to the fans to put pressure on Fury to make things happen.
