Zak Chelli enjoyed his super middleweight title victory over Anthony Sims on Saturday night.
The pair were fighting for the WBA Continental title at 168lbs and in the build-up to the clash, both had been in an antagonistic frame of mind.
A measured performance from the Briton saw him win comfortably on points after 10 rounds, 98-92, 98-92 and 99-92, in a success that might see him positioned for more high-profile belts over the course of the next couple of years.
Speaking after the win, Chelli explained he was satisfied with the manner of the performance in London.
"It doesn't get any better," he explained. "I'm happy with the victory.
"I like to think I outboxed the boxer."
