The upcoming 2024 PFL World Championship event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia could be a breakout moment for one British MMA star.
Since making her PFL debut in 2022, Dakota Ditcheva has blown away every opponent which stood in her way.
Tonight, she will attempt to become the 2024 PFL women's featherweight champion against Taila Santos live on DAZN.
Ditcheva's run to the final of the women's featherweight tournament could not have gone any better with all her three previous fights in 2024 ending within the scheduled distance.
Ditcheva is not the only British MMA fighter in action however, 2022 PFL featherweight champion and fellow Mancunian Brendan Loughnane is also bidding for PFL gold as he looks to become a two-time champion.
Speaking exclusively to DAZN News, in the build-up to fight night, Loughnane gave his prediction for the biggest fight of Ditcheva's career and is confident she will put on a show in the Saudi capital.
"I think Dakota stops her," Loughnane said.
"Dakota’s the new breed of MMA, she’s amazing, she’s a great fighter, she comes from a great camp, a great family and support network.
"I think she stops her."
