Tech billionaires Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg have been threatening to square off for a fight in the near future, but UFC star Paddy Pimblett thinks nothing will come of it.
Musk bought Twitter last year and Meta head Zuckerberg recently launched his own organisation’s Threads app, which allows users to perform many of the same functions as Twitter.
That has led to some goading from Musk, as well as a lawsuit for hiring former Twitter employees, and speculation continues that differences will not be sorted just in court, but in man-on-man combat too.
Speaking to SLOTH BOXX, though, Pimblett suggested that neither would be willing to risk defeat and put their reputation on the line, despite Zuckerberg’s extensive grappling experience.
He said: “I don’t. I don’t think they’ll end up fighting. If they were to do anything, it’ll be a grappling match but I don’t even think they’d do that, to be honest. Both of them are people that wouldn’t want to lose.”
