Current unified super middleweight champion Savannah Marshall is set to make her MMA tonight.
Appearing on this evening's PFL Europe card in Newcastle upon Tyne, Marshall will be stepping into the cage to face Mirela Vargas in a lightweight contest.
It is more common to see MMA fighters make the transition to boxing, therefore it will be interesting to see how Marshall fares inside the cage and whether she could use her boxing ability to her advantage.
