The Irishman has big plans.

Undefeated welterweight Ian Garry has named the next two fighters he wants to go up against in the UFC.

The Dublin native has a 14-0 record, most recently beating Geoff Neal by split decision at UFC 298 back in February.

That win has seen Garry shoot up to seventh in the UFC's welterweight ranks, and he has his eyes set on two fighters above him.

Speaking to Genting Casino, Garry reiterated his desire to fight Colby Covington next, and named the fighter he wants after "wiping the floor" with Covington.

"I've made it very clear I want Colby next, he does not have any other options," said Garry.

"It's the biggest fight he can have, it's the biggest fight I can have right now, so let's do it, let's put on a show, let me wipe the floor with him and I'll retire him for good.

"It seems like the UFC wants it, it seems like it's going in the right direction, so let's hope he signs the contract.

"What I'd like to do is fight at the end of the year in Las Vegas, that would be the ideal fight. Colby in the summertime and then fight Kamaru Usman or a top three contender in Vegas in December and earn a world title shot next year."

Covington is currently the fourth ranked welterweight in the UFC, but the controversial fighter has lost three of his last five fights - twice to Kamaru Usman and once to Leon Edwards.
